When ordering one of our Bespoke Cakes, we ask that you allow Cocoa's Cupcakes & Co. creative freedom to create a one of a kind cake design for your special event.
*Orders placed with less than 14 days notice are considered RUSH ORDERS and a Rush Fee will be sent via invoice.
All cakes at Cocoa's Cupcakes & Co. are at least 3 layers.
Standard cake flavors and coordinating cake toppers and accents are
included in price.
After your order is placed, you will be contacted via email to discuss your theme/color palette, flavor and the other details regarding your cake order. Please allow 2 business days.
If you would like fresh florals on your cake, please purchase one of our floral packages prior to checking out.
**Cake Fillings, Delivery, and Sunday Event dates are additional and will be billed separately.

Terms and Conditions
Clients are able to make 1 date change as long as 30 days notice is provided. Date changes are subject to availability.
*Due to the custom nature of our business, there are absolutely no refunds or exchanges. Also please note that all orders may have come in contact with nuts, eggs, and other food allergens. Client is responsible for informing guests that may have possible food allergies. For the best experience, items should be consumed within 3 days. To ensure the safe transport of your cake please make sure your vehicle is air-conditioned. Keep the cake cool; as heat can cause the frosting to melt. Our desserts are not to be left in a vehicle longer than it takes for you to transport them to their destination. Remove all inedible decorative objects; such as, flowers, dragees, dowels etc prior to cutting and serving cake.
